While hardware, software, media, and the other subteams make up the external image of the team, the admin subteam works behind the scenes to help the team run successfully.

Admin works on finding and scheduling outreach events, making connections with organizations and local companies, and manages other business aspects of the club. When competition season comes around, the admin team works towards the Chairman’s award, a very prestigious award in the FIRST program. The admin team teaches many essential life skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, professionalism, and much more. Admin welcomes anyone with experience or looking to learn the different skills needed to run a team.
